In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

1. The Controller of Personal Data is Teatr im. Wilama Horzycy in Toruń, Plac Teatralny 1, 87-100 Toruń.
2. Video surveillance is used to ensure the protection of property and safety within the monitored area.
3. The areas covered by external CCTV cameras include:

– the area in front of the main theatre entrance, the outdoor garden area of the “Wejściówka” café, and the main box office hall (without a live monitoring screen displaying recordings),

– the parking area between the theatre buildings and the area in front of the backstage building entrance, with a monitor enabling live viewing of the recorded footage.

4. The legal basis for processing is the Labour Code (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1040) in connection with Article 111 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).
5. Video recordings are stored for a period of 14 days or until overwritten.
6. A person recorded by the surveillance system has the right to access their personal data.
7. A person recorded by the surveillance system has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
