Rules for granting accreditations for performances of the International Theatre Festival Kontakt (hereinafter referred to as the Festival), organized by the :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0} (hereinafter referred to as the Theatre).

1. Festival-wide accreditations

a. Accreditations covering the entire Festival are granted to media patrons of the Festival or other entities based on an individual decision of the Theatre, following prior agreement.
b. One accreditation is granted per editorial office.
c. The Theatre reserves the right to assign the accreditation to a person of its choice from a given editorial office.
d. Media patronage of the Festival is granted upon invitation by the Theatre.

2. Free invitations for media representatives to selected performances

a. A free single invitation to a selected performance or several performances may be granted to media representatives who submit an application via the accreditation form and declare preparation of a publication related to the Festival (e.g. review, article, radio report, TV feature, or other form of coverage).
b. The form must be completed and submitted no later than 8 May 2026.
c. Invitations are granted based on order of applications and seat availability.
d. Applications will be reviewed and invitations granted within 7 business days of submission.
e. Information about the granted invitation and collection details will be sent by email to the address provided in the form.

3. Industry tickets for media representatives

a. Media representatives who submit an application via the accreditation form but do not plan to publish material related to the Festival may be granted industry tickets priced at 80 PLN.
b. The form must be completed and submitted no later than 8 May 2026.
c. Tickets are granted subject to availability, with priority given to applicants declaring publication (as specified in point 2), for whom attendance is part of professional activity.
d. Applications will be reviewed and tickets granted by 15 May 2026.
e. Information about the granted industry ticket will be sent by email to the address provided in the form.
f. The industry ticket must be purchased within 7 days of reservation confirmation.

4. Final provisions

The number of seats for individual performances is limited. The Theatre reserves the right to refuse accreditation or ticket allocation in case of seat exhaustion or failure to meet the above conditions.
